Men's and Women's High School Swim Coach
A high school swim coach's primary responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, instructing swimmers in techniques, and motivating athletes to achieve their goals, while also ensuring a safe and positive environment.

Planning and Execution of Practices:
- Develop and implement practice plans that focus on improving technique, conditioning, and race strategies.
- Conduct practice sessions, providing instruction and feedback to individual swimmers and the team as a whole.
- Assess swimmer performance and adjust training plans accordingly.

Instruction and Coaching:
- Teach and train proper swimming techniques, including stroke mechanics, breathing, and starts/turns.
- Motivate and encourage swimmers to reach their full potential.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to individual swimmers and the team.

Team Management and Organization:
- Maintain team records, including attendance, meet results, and swimmer progress.
- Communicate effectively with swimmers and parents regarding team information, meet schedules, and individual progress.
- Organize team travel and ensure proper supervision of athletes at meets.

Safety and Supervision:
- Ensure the safety of swimmers in and around the pool area.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Be knowledgeable in first aid and CPR.

Other Duties:
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
- Participate in school events and activities related to the swim team.
- Assist with fundraising and other team activities.
